Personal Offerings

  • For 1:1, Couples, Private Groups, Corporate Events, Weddings, Retreats, Festivals, Parties, Birthdays

    This is a full-body meditative experience where you have the ability to lie down and listen to sound resonate instruments to our energy bodies. Involves crystal sound bowls, chimes, and seed-based items. Which creates an echoing sound that “bathes” your entire body and is often used in healing and attunement of the body, mind, and spirit.

    Quantum Energy means “universal life energy.” It is an ancient healing method that directs energy flow into the body. As a practitioner, I am the vessel and conduit for you to receive life force energy beyond Earth from Source intuitively for exactly what you need.     We will dive deep into what sets your soul on fire and find ways to incorporate your passions to step into your personal power. Supporting the inner leader within, the physical, mental, and emotional parts of any human. The knowledge I have acquired has shown me the purpose of working with people and the healing efforts we can incorporate into our everyday lives. Let’s build together your own personal toolbox, so you may always know how to return back home to yourself over and over again.

    I’ve always had the ability to see where individuals' souls come from in previous lives (akashic records). To my understanding, these are our DNA Archetypes. The incorporation of both tarot and oracle to navigate these spaces to unfold deeper layers of our soul. Which, assists us in stepping into our inner power and also see lessons our soul is here to transform, transmute, and create from in this current life. This is where we can learn to step into our multidimensional roles in society.

To bring the energy to the most energetically clean and clear. The process includes sound work, energy work, crystal work, and plant cleansing with sage and palo santo.     Over my life, I’ve worked with many divination tools and I always come back to cards because they always give you that third-party perspective we are always looking for. So why not create our own? Great, my thoughts exactly. This workshop can be taken as seriously as you wish, whether you want to make a basic abstract deck with single words of inspiration, add a quote that resonates, to create a detailed guidebook to go along with each card. This is your soul cadence expressed. Let's play.

  • For groups 5-25 (all ages) $20-35 depending on the materials

    During these workshops, we will be creating different mandalas out of plants, crystals, colors, and many more materials to help assist and support you in your spiritual journey. Having a physical creation of energy helps in stress reduction, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. This is referred to as a moving meditation.

    An every major energetic celebration to gather and share in mutual abundance. We all have to offer our presence. This safe space will be a co-creation event embracing our multidimensional vision of the self. Bring any snacks you wish to share, art supplies, movement tools (flow props or dancing items), instruments of all kinds, yoga flows, divination tools, and most importantly yourself for rejuvenation through connection in community.

  • Using breath, sound, and conversation to evoke the power of presence. My presentation involves creating a safe space for students to explore full embodiment through presence. Starting with centering breathing techniques which have been used for thousands of years. Move into using sound resonate instruments for energetic revitalization and rejuvenation for optimal health functioning of their mind and body. These two parts alone can promote immense positive growth for young minds to connect to themselves in a deeper, more profound way. Has been shown in vast studies to reduce stress, depression, ADHD, ADD, and anxiety. We will then go into an open format to discuss experiences and emphasize the ability to be present is a constant choice. Self-awareness is self-respect.

    Teaching the importance of breath in balancing their mind and body for optimal health. To bring more peace, love, and kindness into their daily lives. We go over lion breath, 4/4/8 count breath, alternate nostril breathing, and body scan breathing. With gentle movement for a warmup.

  • 60 min per class $12 per student

    Creating a collection of different stones, learning about their origins, how to take care of them, and what and where are good places and properties they carry in life. Throughout history rocks and minerals have played major roles in society. Learning about them is for empowerment and understanding of their value teaches us the value of ourselves.

  • 60-90 min per class $12 per student

    Learning about medicinal plants and oils for stress reduction and health optimization. Each week we will make our own teas, oil blends, salves, and mists, and build a mini apothecary collection.

  • 60min per class $11 per student

    We will be diving into different aspects of movement, self-expression, and creativity through music. Each week we will explore different forms of movement from all different cultures, and genres, and invocation of international exploration. Examples: hip hop, salsa, hula, modern, intuitive somatic movements, waltz to tribal dance. Teaching presence in the body allows for more focus, coordination, and freedom for all participants to develop their own ideas of what movement feels cohesive to their body.

    This program will teach and support students in developing their sense of self-awareness. Using techniques that have been used for thousands of years. Grounding, art, movement, and mindfulness are vital to the success of children and adults. By supporting, guiding, and inspiring individuals to achieve their independence from their false sense of not belonging to the belief they can achieve their dreams without hesitation.

  • 60 min per class $12 per student

    Scientists and teachers are finding the impact color has on a student’s brain for them to filter through emotional, mental, and physical intelligence. In each class, we will work with different forms of communication through color. Examples: poetry, affirmations, inspiration cards, storytelling techniques, and more. Using imagination with intention leads to longevity in your life to be a creator. When children use color they are encouraged to look at their current mental and emotional health. This can lead to an understanding of their inner dialogues which we can identify through color.
